Marc-André Séguin
Co-Founder & Partner, Exeo Attorneys
Marc-André has been practicing law in the immigrant investor field since 2010. Spending over a third of each year travelling the world to promote investor programs, he has personally developed business relations with professionals in over 20 countries and is a frequent speaker on Canadian investment immigration issues.
He co-founded Exeo Attorneys in 2016 with his partner, who had also been working in the same field in Hong Kong, where they initially met. Together and over time, they developed a vision for a new way to practice immigration law through the innovative use of technology platforms, and a new collaborative model.
He is an attorney licensed in Quebec (Canada) and in New York State (USA). He graduated from McGill University Law School, with degrees in both civil law (B.C.L.) and common law (LL.B.). He also holds a masters (LL.M.) in Asian Legal Studies from the National University of Singapore.
Marc-André has been actively involved as a member of the Chamber for several years and was recently nominated on its Board of Directors in March of 2022.
